Despite a GANG OF PEOPLE on Twitter saying that The Carter IV was a lackluster album from the YMCMB front man, Lil' Wayne has gone Certified Double Platinum with it. Weezy took a week to go platinum and 3 months to double that up. Uhh.. Congratulations.
